I am the founder of Wellbeing Your Potential, a consulting and coaching business that helps leaders and organizations enhance their wellbeing and performance through evidence-based and practical interventions. With a coaching training from Duke University and a postgraduate certificate in psychology of kindness and wellbeing at work from Sussex University, I leverage my expertise and passion for wellbeing to empower my clients to reach their full potential.Before starting my own venture in 2022, I spent 18 years in various strategic and leadership roles across Asia and Europe, including 11 years at Google. There, I led several partnerships and product launches impacting millions of users, and drove critical and strategic initiatives on data privacy and corporate resilience. Having experienced the benefits of a wellbeing culture at Google and convinced that Wellbeing is key to sustainable performance, I decided to share my insights and skills with other organizations and individuals. As a speaker and facilitator, I deliver engaging and inspiring sessions on topics such as happiness, resilience, and kindness. Living abroad for 20 years and raising four children while having pursued a rich corporate career has shaped my resourceful and growth mindset.
