In this role I provide project management for youth-serving organizations throughout Indiana receiving consulting support. These consulting services seek to enhance organizational capacity, equitable leadership, sustainable infrastructure, and provide resources to better align programs with best practices to more effectively support youth. Projects include Program Development, Strategic Planning, Program Evaluation, Board Development, Fundraising and more.

I coordinate the EDGE after school program at Harshman Middle School, support community collaboration and capacity-building on the Near Eastside, and work with Harshman Middle School's community partners to support students' success, address educational disparities, and promote equity.

I interned with the Director of IndyEast Achievement Zone, an initiative that offers a pipeline of services from cradle to career for families on the Near Eastside of Indianapolis that improves their quality of life and provides resources for stability and success. I participated in the Leadership Task Force at Harshman Middle School to improve equity and responsiveness to the vision and needs and students, families, and community stakeholders. I collaborated with Near Eastside schools to facilitate participation in the Near Eastside Quality of Life Plan among students, teachers, and families.

I coordinated events, including weddings, receptions, parties, and corporate conferences. I also work as the sound engineer, running a digital Behringer X32 system.

I worked alongside EDGE Youth Workers to facilitate after school programming for Arsenal Tech High School students.I cultivated positive, mentoring relationships with high school students.I helped facilitate recreational and academic activities that provided opportunities for social emotional growth, life skills development, and empowerment for students.

I collaborated with Social Work supervisor, an LCSW, and school administration to provide social-emotional, academic, and Case Management supports to students and their families. I also collaborated with Arlington staff and fellow interns to implement and monitor the Success Agent Program that provided additional, individualized support to seniors in their graduation and post-graduation readiness. With educational supervision from an LCSW, I applied social work skills and theory through case management, home visits, documentation, strengths-based practice, and trauma-responsive practice.
