MCCOY's Learning Network provides a range of learning and networking opportunities for youth development professionals and other caring adults. The core priorities of the Learning Network are to enhance the skills and knowledge of local youth workers, to foster greater connections among the local youth service field, and to provide opportunities to reflect on and expand the developmental opportunities for youth in our community. The YPQA/I is also a core component of MCCOY's effort to build capacity of youth-serving programs. The YPQA is an assement, planning and improvement process to ensure quality youth programming.

In partnership with the Indiana Department of Education, I led a team of coaches to successfully implement a web-based supplemental math tutoring program in more than 450 schools serving more than a million students. As a National Instructional Coach, I trained educators, performed data analysis and technology integration into the classroom and afterschool environments. I consulted with 21st CCLC leadership on program implementation to impact implementation and renewal. My approach in program management and sales was to build strong relationships and collaboration that lead to desired results. Think Through Learning has seen substantial growth since the successful implementation of the initial IN state programs. As a ground level leader with these initiatives, my team’s work was instrumental in securing large scale sales opportunities in other states. Once secured, I assisted in planning, training and implementation of subsequent state initiatives. My remote leadership position and the fast growth of the company led to the need to wear a variety of “hats” to secure a sustainable state programs and create community and political engagement and secure sales renewals. This took dedication to the mission of the company, creativity, attention to detail, strong partnerships and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations for a common goal. I continued to leverage my relationships to increase impact and renewals within the programs and schools we served.
