With over 10 years of experience in online, digital, and social media marketing, I am passionate about driving growth and performance for innovative and impactful products. As the Head of Performance Marketing at Luno, I lead a team of talented marketers who help Luno grow from 5 to 12 million users across 9 markets. I am motivated by Luno's mission to upgrade the world to a better financial system, and I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, having worked and studied in France, Spain, and the US.In my role, I manage a $5M+ yearly ad spend and define the performance marketing strategy to achieve business objectives. I drive paid activity across various channels, platforms, and formats, testing and optimising creative and messaging to deliver best in class localisation. I also report to the leadership team and other stakeholders on performance marketing activity, providing insights and analysis, and making action recommendations. Additionally, I support the wider marketing team with planning, running, tracking, and reporting on brand and full funnel marketing activity. I also lead ASO efforts with both a third party agency and in-house resources to build and improve Luno's app store presence and rankings. I use my skills in online marketing, digital marketing, and social media marketing to create engaging and effective campaigns that resonate with our target audience and drive conversions.
