I have progressed from an IT Support Engineer to an IT Engineer. In this role, I provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training to users across the organization, using various tools and systems such as ticketing, networking, and IT solutions.I have a strong academic background and a passion for learning new technologies and skills. I hold a BSc in Information Technology from Brunel University and a BTech in Business Administration and Management from Lambeth College. I have developed expertise in service desk, customer servicing, and project planning, and I have consistently met or exceeded KPIs and customer satisfaction ratings.
