As Java Architect and Fullstack Developer, I have been improving and supporting the base architecture for the development of web Applications in the 6th Regional Labor Court of the Brazilian Federal Government.Below are some of the technical activities that I have executed:• Responsible for defining Java Software Architecture, training the dev team, and building a base framework for the development of Java Web Applications.• Led a team of developers to build a POC (proof-of-concept) for the new tech stack that I proposed.• Worked with Java EE on the backend, using Hibernate, JPA, CDI, Deltaspike, Rest/Restful APIs, Swagger, JSON, and security protocols (JWT and OAuth).• In the frontend, we used javascript frameworks and libs, such as Angular 2+ and Primeng components.• Improved infrastructure features related to DevOps concepts such as CI/CD with GitLab, containers with Docker and Kubernetes, Git repository and Gitflow, Wildfly as the application server, Unit Testing, and Oracle database.• Worked on mentoring, tech lead, improvements, innovation, and defining Rest APIs for integrations between the applications.• All the development of applications and components was managed through good agile methodologies based on Scrum and Kanban.• Started to write and validate the Process of Architecture Review and became the Java Architect in the Department of Software Development.As a result, the routine of the Department of Software Development was dramatically changed, which resulted in the time to deliver applications in production being drastically reduced. As Java Architect and Fullstack Developer, I was working on improving and supporting the base architecture for the development of web Applications in the 20th Regional Labor Court of the Brazilian Federal Government. Below are some of the technical activities that I executed:• Proposed a new tech stack for Web Application development, once that organization had never formed a specialized IT team, and almost all developed solutions were outdated or built over legacy technologies.• Made a training plan to fit the GAPs of the dev team on each technology of the new stack. • Started the development of a base framework to guide that team to develop Web Applications.• The framework was composed of libraries and good practices documents to build applications with the given stack: Java EE, JBoss Seam, JPA + Hibernate, Java JSF + Richfaces, Ajax, HTML, and CSS, running on JBoss Application Server.• Developed a Web Application with the new technologies, the "Paycheck Consultation System", which was an evolution of the legacy version developed in the Oracle Forms platform.Successfully delivered the project and it was much appreciated by the client.

Avanti Prima is a company that had a partnership with Red Hat, which resulted in the development of an interesting product called JCompany, a suite that makes it easier to build applications based on Java EE architecture. The Brazilian Government bought licenses for JCompany, which included many hours of training and mentorship on Java technology by a designated consultant. I was hired by Avanti Prima to work on that contract with the government as a Java Engineer Consultant when I:• Traveled around many states of Brazil to empower IT departments of government institutions on the adopted technologies proposed by Red Hat: Java, Java JSF, Richfaces, Hibernate, JPA, Jboss seam, EJB Component Programming, and Jboss server. • Mentored the dev team to build a corporative application, using the architecture taught during the training, supervising their tasks until the application has been deployed in production.After the process, the IT team had about 80 hours of training in Java EE technologies and an application deployed in the production environment. This cycle was repeated in each government institution included in the contract. During that period of time, I had the privilege to work close to some of the most influential technicians of Red Hat. I also improved my knowledge of Java Architectural solutions and got my first architect-level certification.

I worked as part of an Outsourced Developers Team from Cast Group, installed at the Central Bank (building in Recife).• Responsible for developing software demanded from Central Bank in Brasilia.• All applications were constructed over a common architecture based on Java EE with the main frameworks: EJB Component Programming, Hibernate, JPA, and Java JSF.• The adopted application server was WebSphere, and the database was Oracle.• Worked on a project called AFT (Workforce Management), which had the goal to let the organization manage associations between collaborators, positions, roles, allocations, and departments.• Worked as a junior full-stack developer and was assigned to features that demanded acknowledgment of all used technologies, but the hard work was at the backend with Java and Hibernate, and the frontend with Java JSF, HTML, and CSS.• Responsible for reviewing the code of teammates.Successfully developed and delivered bug-free projects within the initially established deadline, being promoted to Java Fulltstack Software Developer.

Politec is an important multinational software house that develops projects for many clients simultaneously.• Worked as a backend Junior Java developer, building components, and implementing business tiers for applications based on Java EE architecture.• Worked on features that were implemented using a custom code generator, which generates some tiers of the application such as Hibernate ORM, EJB Facade, and Struts controller.• The generated code was really efficient, but not perfect. So it was common to make interventions at Hibernate ORM and frontend controllers code.Delivered all requirements within the estimated time.

OurGrid is a Distributed System for resource sharing over computational grids. The project is under development in LSD (Distributed System Lab) at UFCG (Federal University of Campina Grande).I worked as an intern Java Developer on the OurGrid team, building modules for data processing in a multithreaded environment. Many of the leaders of dev teams were doctorate students, so we were implementing code to validate their theories. I had the experience to work on a multidisciplinary team, helping with discussions and building solutions for complex problems related to computational grids.

Development of a Web Application to build a CRM (Custom Relationship Management) solution for local Drugstores.• The main goal was to keep a database of each client with their medical prescriptions and common symptoms, then the application could predict the next time they would need a medicine reposition.• The application was built using the Java EE platform, Hibernate for persistence tier, and Struts on the frontend.• It was deployed in Tomcat Web Server.• Worked on Fullstack Development as an intern, implementing new entries on the business intelligence tier by creating Java classes, implementing business logic, and mapping Hibernate ORM.• Implemented new user interface pages in the frontend by creating Struts HTML forms and controller classes.Successfully delivered the project and it was much appreciated by the client.
