I inform customers about current promotions, booster offers, and personalised deals, ensuring they understand how to maximise their rewards.Additionally, I collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and provide valuable feedback for improving the customer experience. My responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, educating customers on program terms and conditions, and gathering feedback to enhance our services.
