I lead the team in managing partnerships and merchant programs to pursue performance growth. On a daily basis, our team discovers potentials and opportunities for growth by conducting performance analysis. I also manage budgets and merchant partnership programs along with other business decisions. Additionally, our team coordinates with State-Owned Banks and other aggregators in merchant acquisitions.I lead the Online Merchants team which adds hundreds of new integrations periodically and organizes a number of merchant promotion programs on E-Commerce and online partners.

T-Cash was a business unit of Telkomsel that promoted digital wallet through mobile application. I extracted data from the database and generated useful analysis presentation for T-Cash Sales Team. I provided daily and weekly updates of team performance to 13 Regions in Indonesia to ensure they keep up with their targets and achievement. This information also helped the team to identify market potential and make legitimate business decisions.I also worked on a development project to support merchant onboarding process. This digitization project created more efficient process by cutting onboarding process time.In 2019, I was involved with the team to work on a project that integrated several e-wallet products. I supported the project by creating a brand new merchant ecosystem with thousands of new merchant outlets and a few new merchant categories. This project formed a company and a product which was later known as LinkAja.

Joining with the biggest telco provider in the country, I was assigned to develop telco acquisition and performance growth in Riau area. I worked as a consultant for corporate customers to provide mobile telecommunication and digital solutions for their businesses. I also maintained relationship by ensuring the service had met customers’ expectation and requirements.Within a few years, I was trusted to handle large and strategic corporates, such as : Chevron Indonesia, Schneider Electric, Caterpillar, and General Electric. I was also experienced in managing partnerships with government institutions like The Government of Riau Province, Pekanbaru City, and Batam City. I discovered large potential market in several remote locations which had been neglected for quite some time and had poor network quality. I arranged and escorted the construction of new Base Transceiver Station (BTS) towers to create better network coverage. Indirectly, the completion of these projects helped creating better quality of life and economy for local community.
