I changed positions within the company in April of 2020 to the Vinyl Analyst (semi-supervisor) roll. I assist CCR’s with questions on our vinyl product lines. I also assist with proofing letters, case questions, system questions, phone audits, product training for new CCR’s and continued training for current CCR’s. Assist and coordinate teams meetings, creating spreadsheets, working with the plants to ensure the product is being inspected and rushed. Work with other supervisors with CCR’s issues. Handle escalation calls and other related issues. Work with the Tech Coordinators on the weekly safety calls. I multi-task in a fast-paced environment and have conducted group presentations.

I assist homeowners, stores, and dealers with warranty issues on their vinyl windows and doors. I assist within what the warranty policy states. I answer phones, set up files, order parts, transfer calls, set up service, take payments, and deal with emails on a daily basis. Assist customers to find the product information that we will need to set up a claim. Training new employees with the computer systems and product knowledge. Have wood and vinyl product knowledge for windows and doors. Assist with scheduling on getting service dates setup for escalated claims. Work with the technicians on repairs, follow up on reports, review with then on the type of equipment they would need to have to complete the job. Work with the plants to ensure parts are properly checked for priority inspections. Assist Dealers on out new DSS system on how to properly submit a request. Work with TSM’s on claims that need immediate attention. Relay for Life Volunteer 4+ years now, also was on the Building Committee in 2020.

Trained new associates to the company processes. Kept the backroom clean and organized. Processed damages. Helped customers when needed with product. Opened and closed the store, counted drawers and safe. Designated associates to there areas for the day. Scheduled my team when needed for shipment. Set and changed promos. Did markdowns.

Freight Supervisor in charge of receiving in shipment and processing it to get the product out onto the floor for placement. I also do shipment transfers to and from the store. Receive in outside vendor items. Keep the stock room clean and organized, I also open and close the store, counted the drawers and safe. Worked with the sales associates to learn our product knowledge and work with customers.

Assisted clients in the changing rooms, keep tables neat and clothes properly folded and hung in the right place, assisted clients at the register and bagged their purchase. Kept the clothes organized by size on the racks, stocked the main floor with clothing items. Make the floor set to specific specs to the floor set model. Marked down items when needed and put in clearance racks, changed sales signs, back stocked the shelves. Went on bank deposit runs. Always have a friendly greeting when clients enter the store.

I accurately picked and packed customer's orders in an efficient and timely manner have the correct merchandise placed in the package, packaged tightly in a box, along with checking the correct pricing and shipping address for the order. I also worked in the receiving department and received the product in the system correctly and stocked it in the designated area of the warehouse. Worked with in the returns department when needed, was able to lift 50lbs. Worked in a fast-paced environment.
