Lower School Diversity Coordinator. Working with RCDS faculty and staff to create and sustain a school community that is diverse and inclusive, one in which all members can participate fully and maximize their potential.

I am currently the head teacher of one of the third grade classrooms at RCDS. I work with the faculty and staff to ensure the curriculum presented to the students supports the different learning styles within the classroom, and is also helpful for them as they move forward with their education.

Directed six camp groups with 20 or more children in each group. The camper's ageranged from 6-9 years of age. Guided and directed morning briefings which gave thecounselors the activities and expectations of the day.Managed 17 counselors by providing daily instruction to ensure they met the specificneeds of the campers.
