Executive Assistant
Current• Prepare, edit and summarize memos, reports and correspondence• Assists the CEO with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments• Serves as the CEO’s administrative liaison to the Board of Directors and manages board activities which include coordinating quarterly Board meetings and dinners, arranging hotel accommodations for out of town board members, as well as compiling, assembling and distributing Board meeting materials. • Coordinate and manage travel arrangements for the CEO• Coordinate/prepare for special events and meetings as necessary• Participates as an adjunct member of the Senior Leadership team assisting in scheduling meetings and travel arrangements. • Assists in coordinating the agenda of Senior Leadership team meetings and off-sites. • Coordinate activities/projects with staff members• Enter, maintain and prepare expense reports for the CEO• Maintain a professional communication level with personnel staff, vendors and clients
