- Maintain and update the monthly event calendar with specific venues for each BU.- Select and align venues with the respective BU in charge.- Collaborate with Marketing Business Partners (BP) for social media announcements and email communications.- Provide monthly budget reports and updates to the marketing team.- Maintain strong relationships with media, vendors, stakeholders, including BU Heads and DSF Leads, for smooth coordination.- Assist in coordinating with the creative team for the development of event-related materials.- Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand standards and compliance requirements.- Collect and analyze data on the performance of activation events to assess effectiveness.- Prepare reports and presentations on campaign performance for the line manager.- Support the team in making data-driven decisions to improve future campaigns.- Research and identify offline advertising channels to support the media buying process.- Assist in negotiating rates and contracts with media vendors and partners.- Assist in organizing and managing offline events such as graduations, grand openings, and tournaments.
