About Aurelia Robertson
Originally from France, I moved to New Zealand 12 years ago with my Kiwi husband for a change of lifestyle. It was the best decision we ever made. I fell in love with Northland, its beauty, its people, and its history. Tai Tokerau is a special place for me and I am proud to now call it home.My various roles to date have all been highly-autonomous requiring agility, proactive self-management, and exceptional administrative and organizational skills. I am skilled at prioritizing multiple work streams and pride myself on my conscientiousness and attention to detail and accuracy.I have excellent communication and people skills and a proven track record in developing relationships of high trust.I enjoy motivating people to improve performance, and am able to work across teams and sectors, influencing and engaging teams from a broad range of staff members and stakeholders in order to produce collective outcomes.I have worked with some amazing people and community leaders here in Tai Tokerau and have been honoured to be a part of innovative initiatives designed to enhance outcomes and the well-being of Northlanders. I thrive working with not-for-profit organisations who share my passion for addressing inequalities, preserving our environment, and building capability in Northland. My colleagues describe me in a nut-shell as “rigorously analytical, combined with great warmth and people skills, and a love of the Northland community”.I am also "maman" to Antonin, 9 years old, and consider myself incredibly lucky to be a part of the wonderful community of Hikurangi where I live with my husband and son, two cats, and three chickens.
