    I lead the Digital in Te Ara Tahi Programme which works with National Library of New Zealand and Archives New Zealand, in partnership with Ngā Taonga Sound and Vision, to transform the way our heritage and taonga are digitally collected, managed, and accessed. We want to help communities, connect with their histories, stories and taonga anywhere, anytime. My team provides oversight of ICT and digital initiatives, develops strategy and investment cases and is an enabler and champion for digital capabilities and systems.In April 2024 became responsible for delivery of the Operational Readiness and Transition Design for the new Heritage Campus that includes the new archival building in Pōneke, Wellington. I lead the workstreams responsible for designing the Heritage Campus collaborative ways of working and relocation of kaimahi, services, furniture, fittings & equipment and supporting the establishment of the new campus.

    I managed the set up and implementation of DigitalNZ - a programme which aimed to make New Zealand's digital content easier to find, share and use. I helped lead a talented team who worked collaboratively with owners and managers of digital collections so that we could aggregate their digital collection metadata and make it available via an open API. This API meant that we could build a search across all of their collections and also allow others to build their own discovery experiences on top of the API.I managed the programme until I went on parental leave in February 2009 and returned to the team in a part time capacity in October 2009.
