Responsible for supporting the Store Manager in promoting a customer and product-focused sales culture, where our values and guiding principles are at the forefront of all store operations, including managing sales operations, asset protection, and human resources functions to ensure great customer experience and maximum profitability.

Accountable for sales performance, focusing on growth and profitability, customer satisfaction, merchandising standards, store operations, and the training and development of the staff.

Usual day-to-day tasks included engaging customers, recommending appropriate purchases, handling complaints, operating cash registers and managing inventory. As a sales associate I was chosen to join the Future Leader Program which prepared me for a management position.
