Responsible for the life cycle of the Azurezo Web and Mobile SAAS application, a tool coordinating healthcare professionals in the PACA region.I am the overseer of the overall product roadmap, aligning regional objectives with national deadlines.As the driver of the product team, I orchestrate collaboration among various stakeholders involved in the product.Operationally, I gather business requirements and, in collaboration with business experts, product managers, and project managers, establish a prioritization framework for these needs. I lead the drafting of technical specifications for the publisher and associated developments. Additionally, I may take on the role of overseer during testing phases and user satisfaction analysis.Furthermore, I oversee the budget and ancillary matters related to the product (DATA, pharmacovigilance, interoperability, GDPR, security...).My role involves centralizing business needs and steering the implementation of product enhancements while considering national objectives.
