Member of BVT (Business Valuation Team) and Advisory for Listed Companies• Performing financial analysis and evaluations on strategic clients (Wind Power in Italy, Solar Power in Spain and e-commerce)• Contributing to the execution of mandates in direct contact with clients and in accordance with their vision (teaser, information memorandum, data room, management presentation) • Preparing Financial Fairness Opinions (EV-EQ bridges, Multiples, DCFs..)• Participating to Strategic Plan of Defense of clients against activist funds (i.e. review of companies’ ownership and shareholdings, board composition)• Elaborating a daily follow-up of the stock market, in complete autonomy and directly sent to a client of the CAC40 to analyze share price variations
