As a member of the Activity Committee for the Erasmus Dance Society, I help organize and coordinate a variety of events and activities that foster community engagement and promote dance culture within the university. My role involves collaborating with a dynamic team to create memorable experiences for both dancers and non-dancers alike, enhancing the society's visibility and reach.

As the Chairwoman of the Well-Being Committee, I lead a team focused on enhancing the well-being and mental health of students. Together with fellow committee members, we organise a congress and several events aimed at promoting mental wellness and providing students with valuable resources and support.

The Eurekaweek serves as the welcoming introduction for all incoming first-year students at Erasmus University. In this role, I had a chance to gain practical experience in event management while enhancing my skills in strategic planning, promotion, and coordination. This invaluable opportunity not only enabled me to contribute to the success of the EFR Association but also provides essential lessons in project management, effective teamwork, and the application of a helicopter view approach to ensure the smooth execution of every event.

In this position, I was responsible for serving as a vital communication link between boarders and teachers, coordinating diverse boarding house activities, overseeing team assignments, and resolving conflicts. This experience proved useful in the development of crucial skills. Notably, it strengthened my empathy, emphasized the need of negotiation, nurtured the ability to approach problems from many perspectives, and gave a platform for demonstrating and improving my leadership abilities.

Experience in ticket sales and customer service, I directed viewers to seating areas and assisted with post-show hall preparation. Additionally, I managed Solo Theater's Instagram page, engaging with audiences and building connections. I enjoyed the social aspects of the role, effectively communicating about shows and fostering connections.

In my role, I greeted and assisted patients, guiding them to their respective doctors while also managing post-procedural charges and facilitating patient registrations. This experience taught me the importance of discretion and professionalism in patient interactions.
