As a full-time student and part-time worker, I am familiar with putting in the maximum effort for the best possible outcome. Working and learning simultaneously takes an extreme amount of grit and determination, two qualities that I would say are some of my strongest. I look forward to putting these qualities to the test in a work environment that will challenge me to keep improving. I am comfortable working in a team environment or alone to accomplish tasks for the company's betterment. From helping grow our social media presence to work retail hours behind the counter so the owner doesn't have to hire and pay more employees. I have put in time on and off the clock because the business model and industry are something I believe in. As of two weeks ago I also began the process of being a certified Roastmaster (which is an actual title). The process behind roasting the beans and extracting different brews just interested me so much that I decided to dedicate a little time to learn more about it. Hopefully, my work here will continue and bring me many opportunities after I graduate college and pursue a serious career path. For now, my balance of work and education has brought me a great amount of fulfillment and happiness until I find my next business venture.
