Hi, my name is Austin Bertrand I have graduated with my bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering as well as a minor in Business Administration from Louisiana State University. I was a manufacturing intern at Niagara Bottling where I learned about working in a professional work environment and how I can apply what I've learned in school into the workplace. I focused my time on creating improvements in the process and lending a hand whenever needed by my supervisors as well as other team members. I consider myself an organized, self-motivated, and data driven individual. I am looking for somewhere where I can make the largest impact and not only improve myself but others around me. I am currently in the Manufacturing Development Program at Niagara Bottling where I rotate through the different departments and learn key attributes that will help me become a supervisor or manager.
