Vp Of Post Production
Current-Manage TV Post Department consisting of post production management teams, picture and dialogue editorial, and a distribution team who liaise between post management, our internal dubbing group, post facilities, and the delivery platform to ensure all assets are delivered on time. -Responsible for creation of efficient workflows across series/ delivering to various platforms. -Work with Post Supervisors and series' LPs to ensure Post Schedules are reasonable and attainable for each series, viewing each project with fresh eyes to identify their unique needs.-Provide support to post management team to resolve schedule/ personnel issues, and propose workarounds for production snags when they arise. -Onboard productions early on with the delivery platform's unique formatting requirements.-Liaise with Marketing team to ensure proposed season launch dates are achievable given current series conditions.-Track episode deliveries to hit quarterly revenue expectations.
