Current- Lead the company-wide Check Disbursement Operations team responsible for fulfilling on disbursement needs for over 20 lines of business, accounting for 6M checks processed annually totaling $7.5B.- Built a self-sustaining and cross functional team of eight associates, spanning team leads, process managers and check approvers by both hiring and merging resources from previously disparate processes, and by coaching associates on next level functions which improved our overall impact on the organization by consistently meeting, or exceeding, the organizations OKRs.- Strategize and implement efforts to consolidate and standardize 75+ check disbursement processes to contain operational risk, create processing efficiencies and fulfill internal client requirements. Achieving this through continued partnerships with internal lines of business, product, tech, project management, and governance teams to scope, develop and implement creative internal solutions.- Centralized all issue management and local project updates on Kanban process leveraging Jira, using Confluence to document all team initiatives and Success Plans, leveraging Tableau dashboards for metric reporting, and responsible for regularly updating senior leadership through MBRs.- Accountable for assessing $5M+ in monthly vendor invoice reconciliation, forecasting annual spend and implementing cost effective enhancements where feasible.
