Printed all apparel for customer orders, collegiate apparel, and for businesses, schools, and projects that were needed. Used customer service skills to meet order deadlines, complete objectives and requirements, and provided customers with the best service often exceeding deadlines and requirements. Maintained all manual screenprinting equipment, from cleaning to construction and troubleshooting. Ran a tight-knit system from artwork creation, to screen burning, to preparation, to printing of products, to proper care for products and materials after printing process, to breakdown and cleaning of all materials, screens and tools. Worked alongside owner and sales staff to ensure orders were completed in a timely manner.
