 Work with established processes, policies, and procedures pertaining to the FEMA and state recovery programs  Conducts research in finding legal and policy decisions for determining the proper application of the Public Assistance grants Monitor the progress of each assigned applicant to ensure that all Federal and State grant requirements are met and that files are closed in a timely manner Compose internal and external correspondence and reports then advise management on all situations as needed Responsible for over $6 million dollars in recovery from applicants for the state

 Provide administration and management of grants awarded from the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s (FEMA’s) public assistance grants program Monitor the progress of each assigned applicant to ensure that all Federal and State grant requirements are met and that files are closed in a timely manner Responsible for over $150 million dollars in reimbursements for the City of New Orleans, Town of Jean Lafitte, and the City of Gretna Completed all required state issued classes, federal classes, and CPTP classes

 Train, develop, and evaluate coaches to ensure effective and efficient operations Oversee event operations for home athletic events Plan, develop, and implement process and procedures for running the athletic program Responsible for budget oversight, department expenditures, and fundraising for the Athletic Department

 Calculate loan payments, interest rates, and payoffs Solicit customers in the office and over the phone to rework or obtain a new loan Call clients and explain payment options, payment schedules, and insurance options

 Use Business Intelligence to implement new and more effective strategies Input data into excel spreadsheets, then generate reports to present to top management Conduct classes presenting new purchasing rules and regulations to different departments Manage student workers within the purchasing and receiving departments

Pick up and deliver computers from all around campus. Assist our technicians with fixing computers and installing and updating software.
