Austin runs business development for the Dallas arm of the Knapp-Stahler Group, specializing in seniors healthcare assets throughout Texas and its surrounding states.

As an associate on the retail investment sales team at CBRE, Austin Diamond is responsible for the development of new business and specializes in single tenant properties in secondary and tertiary markets.

In addition to working with senior professionals on the tenant representation team, Austin is responsible for the development of new business, in-depth market research, financial analysis, lease negotiations and documentation. Honest, diligent and hardworking, Austin brings strategic proactive solutions to the table by thoroughly understanding the business needs and objectives of his clients.

As a licensed financial representative intern (General Life: Texas, California, Utah), Austin worked with a variety of risk management products with the purpose of helping customers identify their current financial picture and help them toward achieving financial security.

Austin assisted Phil Sambazis, First Vice President of Investments at MMI, in various tasks primarily in the making of marketing packages, which included aerial maps of listed properties, lease summaries and more. Was able to see first hand the daily operations that take place in the office of a public company listed on the NYSE and one of the premier providers of investment real estate brokerage services.
