Recruited, managed and trained a group of approximately 200 volunteers. Developed and managed eight neighborhood “Teams for Change”; designed a structure that empowered the teams by developing four appointed leadership positions within each team that were able to operate moderately independent of central leadership.Organized the “Get Out The Vote” (GOTV) efforts across 17 precincts in the strategically significant I-4 Corridor of Florida. Identified and created 4 GOTV staging locations managing teams of 30+ people at each location.
