As a Military Officer with over 7 years of experience and a Social Studies Educator with 3 years experience I derive my energy and passion from developing others and improving every organization in which I am a stakeholder. I have proven to be a key member of numerous organizations including Title I public schools, frontline military units, and as the HR Staff Lead for an organization of over 1,200 employees. My roles in these organizations has resulting in strong impacts on people through strength in relationship building; strategic management; hands-on operational management; learning & development; performance management; talent management; and leadership coaching & development.My experience spans numerous teaching internships and elected positions within professional organizations while studying Education at Kansas State University, to numerous leadership roles within the military and my school district. I thrive on challenge! I am at home in results-driven, dynamic environments where employee success, achievement, collaboration and agility are highly valued.
