I am a graduate of Old Dominion University, with a bachelors in Fine Arts and a concentration in Graphic Design, minoring in Art History, seeking full time employment or freelance connections in the field. Through my educational training at ODU I learned and implemented the basic design elements required to understand good design. Through the years of practice I have also learned proper and efficient ways to develop and follow through with fresh and interesting concepts as well as multitasking multiple projects at once to be finished in a timely manner.I'm a jack of all trades and have at least a little knowledge in a broad variety of disciplines, trades, crafts, and skills. If I don't know it, I can learn it, and I actively seek out new things to try out and get better at. Though my core proficiencies are in 2D print and web media, I've picked up others skills along the way including motion design and animation, intranet implementation and development, audio recording and editing, product photography, and many others you might be surprised to learn about.I have spent the past 9 years working in the field of graphic design and have produced hundred of designs in various formats all with different goals to be achieved and problems to be solved. During this time I've also completed freelance design projects brought to me by clients in need of imaginative layouts and illustrations. I have learned valuable communication techniques with clients and co-workers and overcome challenges in creative thinking. I have been able to successfully work out the solutions to real world client problems while creating interesting and pertinent design solutions that communicate the clients needs.
