Mechanical engineer with experience in both design engineering and reliability engineering. I have designed numerous projects that utilized both traditional subtractive manufacturing and various additive manufacturing techniques. I aided in the research and development of metal 3D printing applications. As a reliability engineer I worked closely with other engineers to improve the various paper mill processes. I looked into failures and initiated root cause analysis to determine the failure mechanism, as well as create a corrective action plan to increase the reliability of the equipment. I have worked closely with future mechanical engineering students to mentor them through design and manufacturing process and guided them on their future careers.
