LiveDAYBREAK is a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing community life within the Daybreak neighborhood developed by the largest real estate developer in the State of Utah. LiveDAYBREAK focuses on community management, organizing events, and fostering a vibrant and connected neighborhood experience.- Plans and executes large-scalesignature and recurring events for the Daybreak community, with attendance ranging from 200 to 6,000 participants.- Manages the LiveDAYBREAK Summer Concert Series, ensuring seamless event logistics from conception to completion.- Collaborates with team members on event days to deliver exceptional experiences for large audiences.- Effectively manages event budgets, optimizing resources to deliver high-quality events within financial parameters.- Facilitates Volunteer Activity Committee meetings to enhance community engagement.- Secured news coverage for four major events, increasing visibility and community participation.**Key Achievements:**** Polar Plunge 2024:** Partnered with Special Olympics Utah and raised $30,000 for the special Olympics, the largest amount they have ever raised from a single event.- **Dragon Boat Festival:** Planned and executed the 2022 Dragon Boat Festival in less than 90 days, attracting over 5,000 attendees. The event featured over 25 teams, food trucks, and cultural performances, and received media coverage.- **Fizz Fest:** Successfully organized a live art festival with over 5,000 attendees in less than 65 days of employment.- Planned and executed a variety of other large events, including a Winter Festival, Daddy Daughter Dance, Ladybug Festival, Bollywood Festival, a collaborative event with Larry H. Miller Real Estate, a dog event supporting a local organization, and a holiday giving tree that raised over $14,000.
