The river and the mountains of Colorado are my office. Noah's Ark isn't your average rafting company. Noah's concentrates on servant-leadership, excellence, and relationships. Every time we go on a rafting trip, a back-packing trip, or a rock climb we have the chance to impact someones life and my goal is to do that every chance I get. So no, I am not a rafting bum. We lead groups of people to stretch themselves physically, mentally, and spiritually so they can become better people and pay it forward to change the world.

My internship at Crown was a dynamic position, where I worked directly with the president of Crown. I learned a lot about event planning after being on a team of 4 people that planned 4 Entrepreneur conferences with over 400 people in attendance. We had conferences in South Africa, Atlanta, Raleigh, and Birmingham. I also did a lot of creative and business writing for advertising campaigns and marketing materials. I learned the process of radio advertising, billboards, email campaigns, cold-calling, grass-roots marketing, and many other marketing tactics. I was also very active on Microsoft office where I used Word, Powerpoint, and Excel very often. After the conferences, I made a spreadsheet of all revenues and expenses to report to the team. I created detailed reports on our competitor's products and analyzed how we can improve ours. Most importantly, I learned how to run a business with integrity, servant leadership, and excellence from my boss and Harvard Exec- Bob Dickie III

I Oversaw all training and daily routines, created a team-building atmosphere, responded to emergencies, and implemented and improved system efficiency
