Flexible position which includes both academic and practical elements, both assisting the students with understanding the material through the use of lecture and tutoring, and also managing the operational aspects of the campus and delegating work to students and staff. Skills implemented include: preparation and delivery of lectures on topical scriptural issues; Scriptural analysis; Use of scholarly publications; Use of excel and word processing, windows and OS X operating systems; Qualitative grading of student material; Task-force leadership; Hospitality, topical music selection, food preparation, cashier, and customer service for café environment; Institutional food preparation and cleanup; Residency supervisor of staff dormitory; nonprofit grant-writing, residential-scale lumberjacking and firebuilding.

Day-to-day operation of the ministry, consisting of tasks including organizing and co-leading a small group, coordinating services, event planning, ministry coordination, hospitality, counseling, speaking.

Auxiliary position involved various tasks including customer service, record-keeping, office tasks, janitorial, property maintenance, physical labor.

Responsibilities included acting tutoring, theatre lighting and construction, and creative direction for nonprofit youth theatre organization. Experience in managing large groups. Experience in executing projects in set time-frames.
