Peer Mentor role responsible for over a dozen new stage 1 students in the School of Engineering. Made contact and held meetings with mentees about settling into university and the course, what to expect and any areas they may need help with.

Movember Student Ambassador for Newcastle University. Raised over £22,400. Spreading awareness for mens mental health, suicide prevention and prostate cancer. Running fund raising campaigns and events throughout November.

Summer placement in Structural Engineering team. Gained experience with offsite construction on some of Merit's current and future projects, including Moderna laboratory's. Experience on AutoDesk AutoCAD, Fusion and Revit. Learning Physibel Trisco, structural thermal modelling for providing insulation U-Value solutions in the structural framework. Finite Element Analysis on Ansys Workbench on frame for robotic welding arm.
