At GoBG Transit I oversee the day to day operations of a city wide transit system. My duties include supervise, hire, and train employees, manage quality assurance programs, and strategize process improvements that aim in providing agreat service to our current and new riders.

I served as an advisor and technician to local governments to the 10 County and 25 cities within the Barren River region. in this role assist in the prioritization of projects of highest need and finding funding for those projects. These projects focus on economic development and improving the quality of life of citizens throughout the region. I also develop and implement BRADD's Title VI and ADA/504 plans that follow federal guidance. At my time with the Barren River Area Development District, two federal grant applications I developed received funding from the FHWA. These grants have brought in nearly $1 million to our region.

During my time as a Migrant Advocate, I assisted international and migratory families that have moved between school districts for agricultural work. Our focus to be an advocate and liaison for migratory parents to navigate the school system woth the goal of making sure each student was on track to graduate. I also assisted district FRYSCs in helping these families have access to food, clothes, and high need supplies for their homes. My caseload was majority international students that were native Spanish, Swahili, and Burmess speakers that were in the process of learning English.
