I have been with Conservice for 5 years now. I started off in May 2017 as an E-Bill Maintenance Specialist in the Single Family Housing department, where I performed such duties as adding client utility accounts to website user profiles, set up automated e-billing and email billing, troubleshooting for locked accounts, etc. In August 2018, I was promoted to the position of Energy Analytics Specialist in the Synergy department, and performed such duties as requesting, gathering, and organizing aggregate utility consumption data of multifamily residential properties and commercial properties, and uploading this data to the Energy Star Portfolio Manager website in order to submit annual utility consumption data reports to various municipalities, lenders, etc. I then accepted a position as an E-Bill Maintenance Specialist in the Synergy department from March 2021, and was them promoted to the position of Assistant Team Lead on the Synergy E-Bill Maintenance Team in June 2021. I worked in that position until January 2022, at which time I was promoted to the position of Team Lead over the Automated Bill Acquisition team, and I am currently still in that position.
