In this position, I gained experience in sales and early business development. This is a business that I run on my own, where I am solely responsible for customer interaction, online presence, and sales. I also purchase the product for sale, set pricing, track income vs expenses, and handle shipment for online purchases.

In this position I was in charge of all office purchases, employee hiring, and management and owner relations for over 250 condos at the Shores of Panama Resort, housekeeping department. My responsibilities included all unit and employee scheduling, maintenance reports, and quick problem solving based on individual employee strengths and weaknesses, as well as payroll and invoicing through QuickBooks to clients and staff. At the peak of season, I was solely responsible for approx. 40 part time and 7 full time workers scheduling, management, and payment.

In this position I learned self-accountability, interpersonal relations, and base management skills. I was responsible for the upkeep and status of assigned 20- 25 condos in different locations and the management of my assigned cleaners. Communication skills were imperative for this position, as well as personal accountability, as any mistakes from anyone underneath me fell upon my shoulders. My assigned sections were always as impeccable as possible.
