In my time at IT, I am constantly learning new processes, and systems so I have become adaptable to the challenges this field can throw at me, and am eager to learn new skills and fields in cybersecurity. I learn more with every day, and look forwards to the next IT challenge the day throws at me.My educational and career journey had been enriched by the pursuit of industry-standard certifications. I am proud to say i have passed my Sec+, and am currently studying for my CYSA, attesting to my dedication to my career. These certifications have equipped me with comprehensive knowledge in network security, risk management, and data protection, enabling me to be confident in my interactions with cybersecurity.I have work experience as a welder for the past couple of years, but I decided it's time for a different path. My experience as a welder has taught me several soft-skills that will help me in my performance in my IT career, such as attention to detail: as a welder, we need to have an eye for details. one cracked weld or poor fusion in one spot could grow into cracks across a project over years, this ability to identify the details and think critically about the outcome is highly applicable in cybersecurity.
