It was a small 10,000 sq ft store that only had a grocery dept, meat and produce department. In just 3 years I grew the business that the current location could not keep up with the demand. A new 28,000 sq ft store was built with a full service deli, fuel center and sushi was added on to the new location. The sales projection was absolutely shattered with my sales being no less than over 30% of the projection every week. After a successful stint I was tasked with taken over a struggling store in the company that had not made profit in over 3 plus years. I inherited debt with in 6 months I turned the store from the red into the black along with shattering previous sales numbers from multiple years past. I am confident in my knowledge in the grocery business along with bringing new fresh ideas for the total grocery market. I bring more to the table then just a hard working store manager.
