My name is Austin Wise, and I graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with a Bachelor's degree in Marine Science. I was an Undergraduate Research Assistant for a geochemistry lab on FGCU campus, and I now hold the position of Marine Science Educator at the Sanibel Sea School in Sanibel, Florida. I have done most of my work on water quality issues, such as microplastic pollution and brevetoxin concentrations in the water column. I am quite familiar with and knowledgable on the bodies of water in and around southwest Florida, particularly the Gulf of Mexico and Estero Bay. I have also worked part-time customer service positions for the past four years. I enjoy getting to know new people and learning as much about the world as I can.
