BLACK (DDG 119)-Responsible for the training and response of the 324 person crew in all fire, flooding, damage, and toxic gas scenarios.-Reviewed and ensured ships stability during normal operations and all special evolutions.-Passed all engineering and damage control inspections in the ship delivery process amid significant changes in program requirements and demonstrations post USS Bonhomme Richard fire.-Directly managed 34 person team in the day-to-day operations and maintenance scheduling of all firefighting, flooding prevention, plumbing, and emergency response equipment.-Gas Free Engineer: Responsible for all atmospheric testing and confined space entry/rescue on board-Quality Assurance Officer: Ensures compliance with maintenance standards and result documentation of Objective Quality Evidence for ships life cycle records.

USS SHILOH (CG 67)-Responsible for training, qualification, and management of 80 personnel in the day to day operations and long term watch station replacement for Engineering Department.-Officer in charge of all departmental special projects and coordination of equipment casualty reports while on deployment in the 7th Fleet area of operations.

USS SHILOH (CG 67)-Managed 32 person team in the day to day maintenance of all firefighting, flooding prevention, plumbing, and emergency response equipment.-Environmental Protection Coordinator: Trained and supervised 400 personnel in EPA, OPA90, and IMO discharge requirements to include oil spill contingency planning and drill execution.-MWR Funds Custodian: Managed over $30,000 annually in morale funds, executing annual fiscal reviews, planning and purchasing for all command personnel, and disbursement of funds throughout each division.-Contributed to a Western Pacific deployment as a leader of a navigation team, overseeing 12 people in the safe operations of the ship and ensuring the daily schedule of the ship was executed.
