As the Quality Control Lead, I oversee Quality Technicians while maintaining quality responsibilities such as calibration of equipment, GD&T, process and incoming product audits, ISO 17712, ISO 9001-2015 product and 17025 testing processes and training. With various certifications, I am TQMP Certified by MSI, as well as having certifications as ASQ ISO 9001-2015 Internal Auditor and Exemplar Global 9001-2015 Lead Auditor, which i use to train internal auditors. I also enjoy a healthy dose of internal and external communication between national and international associates and suppliers for the use of continual improvement of processes.I have also been a vital cog in the revitalization of Safety in the workplace, as my role on the safety committee, First Responder Certified through Cintas, and certification of OSHA 30.

As a freelance videographer, I am in charge of capturing events within my designated area; currently Steuben County, Indiana. I have covered high school and collegiate sports and graduations, as well as special events and commercials. I am also involved in the production portion of video. I have been involved in the production of local business' commercials/sponsorships to a documentary on the revitalization of Angola's downtown.
