Paul led the LilaNur Parfums project and team, from the initial brand concept, positioning, and strategy phase, through brand creation, packaging development, product philosophy and development, CSR integration, product innovation, content creation, marketing, and supply chain management. He also led the LilaNur Parfums team through the launch phase which included operations, securing retail engagement with Bergdorf Goodman and Harrods, visual merchandising planning, DTC channel strategy, social and content planning, PR, events and collaborations. LilaNur Parfums’ mission is to inspire the world with India’s rich fragrance culture, build awareness around its array of natural perfumery ingredients, and to drive opportunities to the thousands of rural workers whose livelihoods depend upon India’s floriculture economy. Available exclusively at Bergdorf Goodman, Harrods and at Lilanur.com, the launch collection consists of 7 Eau de Parfums and 3 innovative oil-based scents, called Attar Absolus.
