- Deliver primary asset management services to the CRE group at Deutsche Bank on ~$750mn of commercial real estate debt investments / originations made by the Balance Sheet, High Yield, and Real Estate Loan Syndicate groups.- Interpret all relevant legal documents, including loan, participation, lease, and operating/management agreements, as well as an in-depth review and analysis of financial statements, lease proposals, and detailed budgets.- Coordinate and work directly with underwriting and credit analytics team to provide valuable and pertinent information related to market, historical and forward-looking cash flows, Borrower’s business plan (and execution of such plan), and implications of loan restructures / modifications.- Construct cash flow models to analyze potential shortfall scenarios and financial covenant triggers (LTV, DY, and DSCR), as well as determining forward-looking interest and carry costs reserves across various stages of the Property cycle (i.e. Construction, lease-up, sales velocities).- Prepare and present quarterly / annual reviews of assets, as well as amendment request forms related to all aspects of the loan agreement and property-level, credit required approvals to the bank’s investment and credit committees.
