ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• Welcomes visitors and associates by greeting them as they enter Human Resources, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.• Answers phones and direct incoming calls to appropriate parties promptly and efficiently, which may include transferring caller to an associate’s voice mail when associate is unavailable.• Performs administrative tasks/projects for Director of Human Resources.• Responsible for filing, faxing, copying, scanning, typing, and other varied duties as requested. • Performs administrative tasks/projects for the training department as needed.• Responsible for annual I-9 audit.• Maintain HR kitchen area including; making coffee and Friday fridge clean outs.• Maintain HR Conference Rooms before and after meetings including; scheduling, set up, and breakdown of room. • Willingly performs all other duties and projects as assigned.
