• Partner with senior leadership team of various international lines of business to understand their respective business strategic directions, assess each of their current state application portfolios and IT architectures, and provide technical solutions and roadmaps to ensure alignment between lines of business goals and enterprise IT standards.• Influence IT leadership teams in developing and maintaining strategic business capability and technical product roadmaps.• Champion emerging technologies through the enterprise adoption process based on due diligence with industry leaders such as Gartner and Forrester.• Responsible for business and IT project delivery governance to ensure traceability between business requirements and technical solutions, along with adherence to the enterprise PMO and SDLC process.

• Demonstrate clear understanding of IT operations and governance pertaining to its alignment with business strategy by leading various Enterprise Architecture initiatives including, but not limited to, the following:• Establishing an Enterprise Architecture Program that translate clinical, research, and educational business strategies into IT frameworks and roadmaps.• Transforming IT operational culture through the development and implementation of an IT Operations Center framework that includes IT organization and process changes, service delivery key performance indicators, and maturity assessment criteria.• Assessing the enterprise’s current state, developing a future state Enterprise Architecture, and formulate gap analysis based on interviews with executive leadership from IT, Clinical, and Research areas. • Develop strategic plans with each IT portfolio (Infrastructure, Application, Information, Project Management, etc.) by adding business context and integration with other IT portfolios where applicable.• Provides Enterprise Architecture assurance to other IT portfolios and business stakeholders with regard to IT governance structures and processes, IT standards and policies, IT organizational structures and roles.• Provides leadership, planning, development and execution for all aspects of the information technology function and ensures alignment with the business objectives.• Formulates and administers IT policies, procedures, budgets, goals and objectives.• Identify and communicate information technology implications for strategic initiatives.• Responsible for managing and directing a wide range of large-scale clinical and financial implementations with focus on business process modeling, solutions architecture design, quality assurance, and operational support planning. • Responsible for benefits realization from the investment in infrastructure systems.• Develop and implement technology roadmaps based on business strategic direction.
