Primarily responsible for managing technical projects, particularly in the areas of cloud computing and cybersecurity. Responsibilities include team management, interdepartmental coordination, and ensuring successful implementation of products such as OpenStack or cloud service related products. They will be required to drive projects that align with market needs, manage resources, and maintain project schedules. This role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as technical expertise in networking and security technologies

-Responsible for development and production life cycle for hyperscale storage enclosure solution-Collaborate with cross functional teams including business, engineering, operations and service team to win new business with tier-1 enterprise customers and to ensure efficient project execution-Define new product specification by utilizing existing customer sales data, consolidated customer feedback, and analysis of current market trends and competitive product offerings-Main point of contact for key customers, resolve technical issue during S/W development, H/W qualification, BOM creation, prototype build, manufacturing ramp up and field return analysis-Strategic planning for major projects such as multi-nodes servers, embedded/IoT servers, storage enclosure and GPU optimized chassis. -Responsible for educating global sales team and customers on new product and for drafting product collateral, test specification, manufacturing and operation procedures

-Led mechanical redesign of new generation Twin Pro server chassis for (high-end enterprise and HPC)-Improved existing chassis design by introducing “Zero” slot to allow additional PCIe device per node and enhanced chassis structure to improve strength by 60%-Led merchants and testing team to qualify new components such as chassis, power supply and high speed/power cables. Reduced overall cost by 10-30% and improved TTM -Led ODM projects with tier-1 customer, working closely on custom components, tooling, and processes-Responsible for project schedule tracking and cross-functional team coordination between mechanical, hardware, thermal, validation and production teams-Responsible for all mechanical product testing and verification including shock and vibration, acoustics, transportation, packaging and any other issues

-Member of continuous improvement team focused on yield and implementing process improvements-Led team of quality technicians and developed test plan, procedure, and training for OQC inspection -Developed quality measurement matrix, analyzed and created feedback loop to drive continuing product enhancement and improvements. Successfully lowered DOA rate by 75+%-Execution and coordination of Engineering Change Order for product correction/enhancements-Took ownership of in-process material review board. Hosted weekly review meeting with Asian manufacturer. Successfully saved overall cost $100K per month
