I’m a machine learning research engineer and technical lead with a passion for data-driven solutions to hard problems and software design. I’ve worked primarily on perception systems for self-driving vehicles with a focus on detection and tracking. I’ve designed networks that combine information from multiple sensors and led teams of engineers to transition from classical computer vision models to the latest transformer architectures. In addition to my machine learning work, I have experience with designing high efficiency data pipelines and promoting a culture for software quality.
