I was responsible for the day-to-day coordination and maintenance of the University of New Mexico's compliance program. My primary responsibilities included developing, implementing and coordinating a comprehensive rules education program for all sports within the athletic department, which included conducting coaches rules education and creating a monthly newsletter for all staff and student-athletes. In addition I served as a contact for the University of New Mexico community on athletically related compliance issues. I was also the main contact for all sports with issues relating to the recruiting software JumpForward. Other duties and responsibilities included:- Contact for all things relating to NCAA Compliance for 8 sports (Men's & Women's Soccer, Men's & Women's Skiing, Men's & Women's Tennis, Women's Swimming & Diving, and Women's Softball)- In charge of reviewing and approving all promotional material and appearance requests- Coordinate monthly rules education meetings and newsletters relating to NCAA Compliance issues for the athletic staff.-Supervisor for the Compliance Intern

I'm was charge of creating and implementing all workouts for the horizontal jumpers and short sprinters. In addition to these duties was the recruiting coordinator meaning was the first point of contact for all prospective student-athletes. As the recruiting coordinator was in communication with advisement and compliance regarding initial eligibility and must be detailed in order to quickly access prospective student-athlete academic and personal information.During my 4 years at New Mexico, the program became one of the top programs in the Mountain West Conference, winning 3 Men's Indoor Conference Titles, 2 Women's Indoor Conference Titles, and 1 Men's Outdoor Conference Title.

I was in charge of creating and implementing all workouts for the field event groups. In addition to this I created and implemented all the strength training for the entire track and field team. While in this position I had administrative duties that included planning travel and operational duties while traveling and recruiting.

I was in charge of creating and publishing a schedule for about 30-40 lifeguards and swim instructors. In addition to this I also ran bi-weekly staff trainings and coordinated the schedule between the university and outside organizations who would request pool time.
