Heyo Friends! I'll make this short and sweet since one thing I am terrible at is talking about myself. But I'll talk your ear off about literally anything else. Those anything else's would typically be growing business, building relationships, and wowing customers in the SaaS space. I hit the ground running with the first two (growing business and building relationships) while I was still in college. I worked my way up to General Manager at a fast paced, mid sized watersport rental facility in my hometown of Carlsbad California where I stayed for almost seven years. I got my bachelors in business management while working here and experienced many successes and failures along the way. In a nutshell, I learned that one of the core ways to grow business is by building relationships.I've always been a big lover of the outdoors and technology. I got my outdoor fix with my job at the watersports facility. I also found ways to bring technology to the business and its operations. I launched a series of digital advertisements that resulted in over 150,000 clicks to the website and a near 20% increase in sales, managed all of the company's online assets, and adopted modernized POS and Reservation software. This experience with the tourism industry and technology led me to become a part of the sales team at Peek.com. A SaaS company that provides booking technology to businesses operating in the travel industry. As well as a platform for customers to book fun things to do locally or while traveling.
