This experience makes me excited about the strategic ways that I can help businesses with their technology challenges. For example—In school, my homework was to remove the copy protection from Apple ][ software so my teachers would not have to pay for it. Three decades later whether it’s a client having a PEBKAC moment or accidentally disabling the only NIC on a production server while working remotely, I can seriously say it’s been interesting, frustrating and frantic.
